By creating an account or using Glimi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Glimi. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
You retain ownership of the videos, comments, and other content you submit to Glimi ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
All content and materials on Glimi, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without our written permission.
Glimi offers virtual coins ("Coins") that can be used to boost video visibility within the app. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of content posted by users.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any User Content.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of Glimi constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
